2B QD Bushed Sheaves Pulleys for "A" and "B" Belts
The 2B series pulleys are used for A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB and 5L v-belts with diameters ranging from 3.75 "to 38.35". Depending on the pulley size, they can be used with SH, SDS, SK or SF QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our double groove 2B QD bushing pulleys are made of high strength grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine. The main advantage of using QD (quick detachable) pulleys is that if the bushing (hub) is broken, the entire assembly does not need to be replaced, or if only the pulley is worn, the same principle applies. Another significant advantage is that compared with the "fixed hole" type, the QD pulley has a wider range of hole options.

Features of QD pulley
QD conventional pulley adopts AB combined groove with 1 to 6 grooves and 8 to 10 grooves, and C groove with 1 to 6 grooves and 8 to 10 grooves. Styles based on size include solid, web, and spoke designs. The outer diameter ranges from 3.75 inches to 50.4 inches, which is the most popular size. These pulleys are designed for QD bushings. The "H" bushing is available. All industry standard QD bushings are standard configuration, and spline holes and hexagonal holes can also be obtained through quotation. The rim speed shall not exceed 6500 feet per minute.
