Introduction : 

1. The compressor unit is a wholly oil-free unit, easy to handle,convenient to maintain, and low cost.

2. Compared with the conventional oil compressor, it is little vibration and low noise.

3. Several units work together, which produces much more air, and the air rising is fast.

4. The unit is automatically controlled by intelligent, safe and reliable.

5. The intelligent controller has the functions as follow:

A. It shows directly the parameters such as the operation voltage, electric current of each unit.

B. It has accurate protective function of overload display to the motor.

C. The bump heads can work by turns when the air consumption is large and needs uninterrupted air supply.

D. When the starting current is excessive, it has a function of starting by sequence and shutting down the compressor. It is suitable for the place which needs large quantity of air and has higher requirement to the noise, such as the factory air station, the air reservation station and so on.

A: HZPT group consists in 3 factories and 2 abroad sales cooperations.we are making vacuum pumps,air compressors and gearboxes.

Q: How long is your delivery time ? What is your terms of payment ?

A: Generally it is 30-45 days. The time may vary depending on the product and the level of customization. For standard products, the payment is: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.,for customized products,50% downpayment is requested normally.

Q: What is the exact MOQ or price for your product ?

A: As an OEM company, we can provide and adapt our products to a wide range of needs.Thus, MOQ and price may greatly vary with detail size, material and further specifications;when you place orders,pleasure contact us in advance to communicate all details.

Q.: How long is the life of the your pump?

“Quality is our culture”, our compressor with long life (20000 hours ) and high quality ( stable air flow, import spare parts, high workmanship etc ).

We make main spare parts by ourselves so we can control the quality very well.

Q.: What’s your warranty?

Our warranty is two years.

It means that if our machine has any problems within 2 years, we will send you new one or free spare parts for your replacement.

Our factory has the production experience more than 15 years. 

We make main spare parts of compressor by ourselves (include the motor), so we can control the compressor quality very well
