This design incorporates a large 12-inch cross auger to move the crop smoothly and compactly. The two-auger system also features a patented SmartCooling system that eliminates daily maintenance and cleaning of the rotary screen box and cooling system. The unique SmartCooling system also uses up to 66% less horsepower than three-auger systems. Gleaner design resists the affect of gravity on up to 23+% slopes A unique design of the Gleaner combines helps the machine to withstand the impact of gravity. It pre-cleans crop material in mid-air and drops it at the front of the cleaning shoe, preventing material buildup and shoe loss. The hub of the fan is connected to a small hub, which is attached to the pulley and fan spacer. The fan assembly bolts onto the front of the engine. Mine is still red.
