3TC series three groove pulley is used for C, CX, belt and CC v-belt. Their diameters range from 7.40 inches to 24.40 inches. According to the pulley size, they use Q1 tapered bushing, which we also have in stock. Most of our 3TC pulleys are made of high strength grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

Introduction to V-belt pulley:
Different types of V-pulleys (depending on belt type and width). The material used is cast iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, which is only applicable to a few types and is steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1. They have a small carcass that can be processed according to customer requirements. In addition, the most common type is the tapered keyhole.
