3V Series Cast Iron Double-Groove QD Sheaves for "3V" Belts

3V series double groove QD (quick disassembly) bushing pulley is applicable to 3V, 3VX, belt 3V and belt 3VX belts. Their diameters range from 2.20 "to 25.00". Depending on the pulley size, they use JA, SH, SDS, SK or SF QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our double groove 3V QD pulleys are made of high-strength grade 35 cast iron, coated with phosphate and coated with anti-corrosion paint. When replacing the European standard conical sleeve pulley, use a suitable Allen key to remove the locking screw. Then, screw the removed screw into the disassembly hole to separate the pulley and conical sleeve. If the tapered sleeve cannot be removed from the shaft, tap gently with a rubber tool to separate the tapered sleeve from the column. Details to be noted when replacing the pulley: 1. When replacing the belt pulley, first ensure that the surface of the belt pulley is not damaged, and apply lubricating oil on the shaft hole to facilitate faster removal of the belt pulley so as not to affect subsequent use; 2. When installing the tapered sleeve as pulley, pay attention to the self-locking method of screws, and do not use hammers and other tools for installation. 3. Screw the bolt out of the fastening hole, and then screw the bolt into the removal hole at the same time. At this time, it is necessary to apply pressure to the bolts at the same time. When the removal holes are stressed at the same time, the pulley will fall off from the conical sleeve. The removal of the pulley has been completed. 4.
