2XZ -2 Series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

2XZ - 2 series rotary vane vacuum pump is a two-stage high-speed direct-drive rotary vane vacuum pump (in the following called “the pump” for short). Its working principle is the same as the 2XZ type pump. Rotors are eccentrically mounted within the cylindrical housing of the stators, and vanes are fitted freely inside the respective slots of the rotor.

2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump is a dual stage high-speed direct coupling structure rotary vane type vacuum pump, which is the essential equipment used to pump gas of the sealing container. The pump cavity is provided with a rotor, and the rotor slot with a rotary vane. The rotor drives the rotary vane rotation, the rotary vane is close to the chamber wall and separates the air inlet port from the discharge port, and the air inlet area of cavity volume is periodically enlarged and inhaled; discharge chamber volume is reduced regularly and compressed gas, open the exhaust valve to exhaust gas and then to obtain vacuum.

Its operating performance is composed of two parts: the high and the low levels. Its suction is connected to vacuum equipment; when in operation, The gas in the container will have a large number of suction and discharge; when the equipment got vacuumed, the high-pressure-grade exhaust valve is closed, high-pressure grade inlet gas will be transferred to the second level, and through the second stage suction and discharge vacuum equipment, it can obtain a particular vacuum. Pump connecting shaft with motor, high speed, small appearance, compact structure, convenient mobility work.
